TBL Bridal Outlet  Returns / Exchange Policy

  • all orders must be returned to us to process a refund You have the right to return goods within 14 days with a reason for return. we can not process an exchange / refund if goods are still in transit to you. 
  • The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
  • You have 14 days thereafter to return the goods to us at TBL Bridal.
  • To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail).
  • Items must have all tags attached to garment your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. and in good resalable condition.
  • To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Items must have all  tags  attached to garment.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. .including masks for sanitary reasons.  bespoke items and pre ordered items We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods incl earrings.
    Additional non-returnable items:
    -perishables -hampers that contain perishables  -sale items -gift cards 
  • Custom made and sale items may be refused of a refund or exchange this is up to the manager at TBL.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or an item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery may be refused of a refund or exchange.
  • If the product received by you is damaged or faulty you should let us know immediately and we will ensure you receive all your rights under the law.
    some returns may be granted on a partial return
  • Please obtain a copy of proof of postage just in case your order is lost on the way back to Tbl bridal head office. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. (tbl dose not cover postage fees as this is a 3rd party company)
  • A refund will be made by the original method of payment.
  • If the product received by you is damaged or faulty you should let us know immediately and we will ensure you receive all your rights under the law.
  • Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. maybe subject to exchange where possible
  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal account, within a certain amount of days.
  • there is a 24 hr period for cancelling bespoke / pre order items / mask orders for a full refund after this period we cannot issue a refund on masks as your fabric will be cut especially for you.

*Please note returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed and refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
