Terms and conditions for the use of our websites and the purchase of products through the website.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. If you are accessing this website from outside Ireland, you should note that Irish law applies and you are responsible for your own compliance with the laws of your own country including import taxes or duties, where relevant. You should note that TBL Bridal may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. TBL Bridal reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without  notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgment and acceptance thereof.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, or online with our company you warrant by placing the order that:-

(a). You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
(b). The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
(c). You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

The description of the products available for purchase through this website is not an offer but is an “invitation to treat” and a contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us when your order has been placed and we have accepted your order. Where every care is taken to give correct prices and descriptions, errors may arise and the correct details will be in the e-mail acknowledging your order which we send to you after you have placed your order. Our prices are quoted including VAT but not including delivery charges which may vary depending on location and quantity of goods.

When placing an order please note that this is subject to availability. If the product you have placed an order for is not available, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please note that by supplying your email address you have agreed to email communication. We may contact you at varying time intervals with offers that you would be interested in. You will be given an option to opt out of communication at that point.
Please note that in the images displayed of our products, we have as far as possible
given a true picture of the colours of the product. Your screen or monitor may not display these colours accurately and accordingly we cannot guarantee that the colour of the product would not appear different to you on delivery. You will be entitled to cancel any such order as detailed below under cancelations.

Placement of an order

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order. If you are unsure about the meaning of any of these terms and conditions, please contact us via email tblbridalimfo@gmail.com before placing your order and we will clarify any questions.

Acceptance of an order

When you receive your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order, confirming the products you have ordered and confirming the prices. You should expect to receive this e-mail within three days. As above, this e-mail acknowledging your order is not an acceptance, which will only take place once we have confirmed your credit card or debit card authorization, and the products you have ordered have been dispatched. The contract will come into being at this point unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it in the meantime as described below. Upon dispatch of the product(s), we will send you an e-mail confirming that it has been sent. If we cannot fulfill your order due to unavailability of the product or if we cannot get payment authorization, or if it comes to our attention that you are in breach of the terms of access, we will contact you informing you that your  order has been declined. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the e-mail acknowledging the order please do so by replying to that e-mail within 24 hours. If your cancellation is received after the 24 hours, we may already have dispatched your products even though the dispatch confirmation e-mail may not yet have been sent. If the product has been dispatched we will inform you of this and you will need to follow the returns policy below. As a matter of goodwill, if we receive your cancellation order after the 24 hours but before the products have actually been dispatched or before production; we will make every effort to cancel the order and re-fund your payment in full. However this may not always be possible and the returns policy below should be followed.

Delivery

The products will be sent to you by recorded delivery. Or appropriately services  Once you receive them, the products will be at your risk for any damage which arises. Ownership of the products will only pass you when the full payments to us of all sums including delivery charges have been received and cleared to us.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase after delivery of the products, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel the contract. The consumer must then return the goods no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to cancel. You must both e-mail us to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch then by a suitable secure method of postal delivery which can be tracked. The products will remain at your risk from the time you send them until they have been actually received by us as evidenced by the tracking. A refund would be made by the original method of payment. If the condition of the products is unsatisfactory (eg Tan stains/make-up stains or perfume/smoke odor or rips), we will contact you in relation to any problem and any necessary full or partial deduction of refund or denied refund. We will process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel. There will be a €50 admin charge on sale bridal dresses and a 10% admin charge on other sale items returned. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however, some banks may take longer.  Please allow 3 – 5 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement once the refund has been issued. Please note that returns /refunds cannot be made of the following products: Earrings, Customised item, Worn Shoes, Worn Clothing, masks for hygiene reasons. 

Pre-ordered /customized items If you change your mind about your individual order before we have begun the creation process, a refund may be issued, minus an administrative service fee of 10% of your total order.

If your dress / product arrives, but there is something that you are not satisfied with, please let us know up to three days after delivery, we are always happy to help. As it is  our passion is to make each one of our brides feel amazing

If there is a problem with your dress, we will be glad to return your purchase for fixing/remaking.

Please note: A restocking fee of 20%, will be assessed on all purchases returned for a refund. Rush order fees are non-refundable.


customised itemns may be refused a refund. The returned dress must be completely brand new, unworn and in perfect condition. It should be sent back to our studio up to 7 days after the delivery date, in the original packaging+ return tracking number.

 

Unfortunately, we will not accept refunds in the following situations:

  • On shipping costs.
  • If the dress is damaged due to wrong ironing/washing, misuse.
  • If you contact us longer than 3 days after delivery.
  • If you do not return your dress upon the agreement of return.
  • If you have made alterations

All the terms above apply.

If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, please contact TBL Bridal immediately via email tblbridal@gmail.com and we will ensure that you receive all your rights under the law.

MASKS 
All our masks are hand made with love from the fabric you choose, masks can take up to 2-3 weeks to be made during this time, we appreciate your support and patience during this time. 

some fabrics are pre order which means there could be a longer wait time on this product (this will be in the description on the product).

we do not accept returns on this product for hygiene purposes.

you have 24hrs to cancel your order for a full refund, cancellation of your order after 24 hrs will not be accepted at this time as your order will already be in production and fabric will have been cut especially for you.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.

If we issue you with a password and/or account reference number, you should keep this information safe. You will be responsible for any losses which arise if through your action or inaction, someone else obtains your account information.

We may provide links to other websites which we think will be of interest to our customers. We are not responsible for anything contained on such websites or for any of their practices in the collection of data or otherwise.

Severance

If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Law

Irish law applies to the interpretation of these terms and of any contract which comes into being hereunder. The Irish courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising.

 

Private Policy 

Disclosure: (Who might also see your information) 
We will keep your personal data confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except (i) where that third party is employed by us or acting as our agent in the matter (ii) to the extent necessary to complete the financial processing of orders and delivery of goods (iii) where required to do so by law (including court orders).

If we enter into any arrangements with other third party companies or individuals who wish to make commercial offers to you from time to time, we will obtain your consent before sharing your information with any such other third parties.

Access: (Seeing our information about you) 
You have a right of access to a copy of your own personal data. If you need to avail of this right, you should send us a written request to TBL Bridal at the postal address TBL Bridal, No. 1 rheban manor, athy Co. Kildare together with payment of the access fee of €6.35. We will respond with your information within 40 days. To protect you against unauthorised applications for your details, you must include suitable I.D. a copy of an official photo I.D. (such as passport or driver’s licence) and a copy of a utility bill or financial institution statement addressed to you at your address.

Correction:
If you request us to correct an error in your personal data or to erase your data from our records, we will do so within 40 days of receiving such a request. Please note that erasure may prevent you from shopping with our site. Again, suitable I.D. must be furnished.

Extent of data: 
For the purposes described above, we keep your identifying information such as name, address, email address, and account history.

Your financial information will only be used for completing orders you make with us and we protect this by using Secure Socket Layer technology. We only retain the last four digits of your card number for reference, and we do not keep your card number on file. For your proection, your number must be re-entered by you to authorise every purchase.
