What are Chia seeds?
Chia seeds are the highest known plant-based source of Omega 3 but are also high in fibre, an excellent source of antioxidants and are a complete protein. They come from a native plant of Central America and are 100% natural. Each little seed is packed with nutrients including magnesium, selenium, calcium and 8 essential amino acids, they really are superseeds for your daily needs.
