From the 1880's, Clonakilty Blackpudding was made to a secret recipe in a butcher shop at 16 Pearse St, Clonakilty, West Cork. The precious recipe was handed down through the generations and the now famous Clonakilty Blackpudding is still being made by the Twomey family today. Clonakilty Whitepudding has been added to the range and both the texture and tastes have made these delicacies an Irish favourite.

Storage:Keep refrigerated between 0ºC to 4ºC. Do not exceed the use by date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, slice and freeze on the day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
