From Our Family to Yours Clonakilty Rashers were first made in Edward Twomey's butcher shop in Clonakilty West Cork - home of Clonakilty Blackpudding. Clonakilty Rashers are made from fully traceable premium Irish pork using a traditional dry cure method, without the use of ascorbates or sugar. We smoke very lightly using smouldering beechwood to ensure great taste and flavour.

Keep refrigerated between 0°C to 4°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
