We're Ireland's favourite Curry Sauce and we've been making food taste great since the 80s. Yes the 1980s. Although we make our sauce right here in dear old Ireland, we use a rake of exotic spices from far-off places know as "abroad".

Preparation and Usage:Always replace lid tightly on container after use.How to Make 5 LitresStep 1:Place 1.25kg of McDonnells Curry Sauce Mix into a bowl. Gradually add 1.25L of tepid water and whisk until smoothly blended.Step 2:Boil 3.75L of water in a saucepan, add blended mixture and bring back to the boil stirring continuously. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.Can be used for all types of Curries - Beef, Chicken, Pork, Prawns, Rice, Chips etc.
May contain traces of Milk.
