Normally rhubarb jam is made using plain old boring water but I thought I’d living it up and add Prosecco which works so well. A hint of ginger along with the orange really enhances the flavour of the Rhubarb. It’s truly the nicest jam I have ever tasted.
store in a cool dark place , once opened keep refrigerated for 6 week.
