    To make Keogh's Crinkle Cut, we slice our whole skin-on potatoes extra thick with a crinkled blade, cook in a small batches, and season generously for an extra crunchy crisp with deep ridges filled with a flavour. Extra Crunchy, Extra Flavour, Extra Satisfying. During harvest we pick our potatoes and turn them into fresh crisps on the same day We hand cook our crisps in small batches using the finest quality sunflower oil, which is high in mono-unsaturates and naturally cholesterol free A Taste of Ireland We have carefully selected the finest artisan foods from all over Ireland to create our delicious and unique flavours. The natural sea salt comes from O'neill's Irish Atlantic Sea Salt in the Beara Peninsula, Co. Cork The delicious cheese comes from our friends in Cabery, Co. Cork The sweet, sharp apple balsamic vinegar comes from Llewellyn's Orchard in Lusk, Co. Dublin
